Poor Bloomberg, his paternalistic shepherding of his city's black and hispanic male youth was heartfelt.

The guy plunked down 160 million dollars of his own money to finance midnight basketball and other urban utopia projects for New York City ICBMs (Inner City Black Males), and for the hispanics too (as an afterthought, cuz nothing is more deserving in the eyes of DWLs like Bloomberg than ICBMs).

Well, a NYS Jewish district judge, Shira A. Scheindlin, ain't going for cousin Bloomy's self-important utopianism: it will henceforth be okay for ICBMs to carry illegal weapons, without fear of molestation by the NYPD. And the vermin at Amerika's newspaper of record - who were instrumental in shining a blinding spotlight on the whole S & F practice in the first place (thanks Charles Blow) - could not be happier for having once again, through their considerable yet sickly influence, affected change of major public policy.
